Begbies Traynor Acquires Manchester Insolvency Practice

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Begbies Traynor Group PLC (BEG.LN) Thursday said it has acquired a Manchester-based insolvency practice to bolster its presence in the north-west of England. Executive Chairman Ric Traynor said the acquisition of Tomlinsons, which specializes in business recovery and insolvency, shows the firm's confidence in its trading outlook and its ability to look at acquisitions following its recent refinancing. Financial details weren't provided.
