BBGI buys into two PPPs in Northern Ireland

(ShareCast News) - BBGI said it would invest in two PPP projects from John Graham Holdings in Northern Ireland for £11.7m.The company said it would acquire stakes in Belfast Metropolitan College and North West Regional College to be funded from existing cash resources and its credit facility.BBGI, which has 36 infrastructure assets, said the deal was subject to consents.The concessions would run until August 2027 and January 2026 respectively, and BBGI expected to receive payments during the concession periods from the governing bodies of each of Belfast Metropolitan College and North West Regional College.Shares in BBGI were up 0.21% to 121.75p at 1642 BST.
