Bank of Georgia Holdings has appointed a Deputy Chief Officer who will be in charge of special projects. Sascha Ternes was formerly a member of the management board of ProCredit Bank Georgia from 2007, where he was both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Before that he held executive positions for 13 years in a German Technology Group, which focused on international development and investment. "I am excited to welcome Sascha to our team. Sascha's background encompasses in-depth experience in senior executive positions across a wide range of countries and I look forward to the contributions he will make in his new role," said Irakli Gilauri, Chief Executive Officer.The share price rose 0.96% to 2,635p by 15:46 Wednesday.
