AstraZeneca Buys Back 310,000 Own Shares To Cancel

LONDON (Dow Jones)--AstraZeneca PLC (AZN.LN), said Wednesday that it purchased for cancellation 310,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3058 pence per share. MAIN FACTS: -Upon the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares in issue will be 1,441,379,972.
