Online clothes retailer ASOS results to date are in line with management's expectations and it expects the first half outcome to be marginally ahead of the prior year.Sales are up 47% for the 6 months to 30 September 2009, with international sales rising 110% for the period, which represents around 25% of total sales.The group said it added a further 56 countries to its International shipping list taking the total to 114, compared to 58 at the time it issued its full year results. 'We also enhanced our delivery options for International customers, introducing fixed rate and express shipping options,' it said.Active customer numbers reached 1.2m in September 2009, compared to 890,000 in September 2008. The group said it continues to view the outlook for the full year with confidence.
