888 Holdings CFO offloads his stake

(ShareCast News) - Two senior executives at 888 Holdings sold shares in the gaming company.Chief operating officer Itai Frieberger sold 350,000 shares at 181.30p, while chief financial officer Aviad Kobrine sold 500,204 shares at 180.91p and no longer has any interest in the companyMeanwhile, David Law, a non-executive director at Prudential acquired 3,327 shares in the insurer at 1,492p each.Law was appointed in September and this marks his first share purchase.Rolls-Royce's chief executive Warren East bought 17,300 shares in the aerospace and defence engineer at 577.18p.Earlier this week, Rolls-Royce announced that it was splitting out its divisions and reshuffling the senior management team, in what it said was the first step in a "wide-ranging" restructuring programme.The FTSE 100 said the current top-level Aerospace and Land & Sea divisional structure will end, leaving it with five key divisions: Civil Aerospace, Defence Aerospace, Marine, Nuclear and Power Systems .All the divisions will report directly to new chief executive Warren East.As a result top executives Tony Wood, who is President of Aerospace, and Lawrie Haynes, who is President of Land & Sea, will leave the company in 2016 after assisting with the transition.
