LONDON (Dow Jones)--4imprint Group PLC (FOUR.LN) said Monday that group sales have continued the strong momentum seen in the early months of the year, and at the end of May were 18% ahead of last year. MAIN FACTS: -All divisions contributed to this growth. -The Direct Marketing Division generated sales in North America 17% ahead of last year, (21% ahead in U.S. dollars). -The yield from investment in prospecting was much improved with a strong increase in response rate. -U.K. Sales were 15% ahead of last year. -The End User Division has continued to perform strongly with sales 23% ahead, benefiting from new contracts secured at the end of 2009. -Margins however were lower than in 2009 reflecting a highly competitive environment. -Trade Division made more modest progress, with sales 8% ahead in a U.K. market which is still only slowly improving. -Shares closed Friday at 221.0 pence. -By Iain Packham, Dow Jones Newswires; 44-20-7842-9269;
