The UK's second biggest cinema chain Cineworld posted a 8.5% increase in revenue in the 42 weeks to 21 October after the summer's strong 3D film lineup.The group also said it is confident of delivering full year results at least in line with market expectations.Group box office revenues were up 8.3% year on year underpinned Cineworld's performance since the end of June, the group said. 3D Blockbusters "Shrek Forever After" and "Toy Story 3" pulled in the crowds in the second half as did "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse".Strong trading also pushed up booking fees, theatre hires and the sale of 3D glasses. Screen advertising also made progress compared to the prior year, Cineworld explained.The final quarter sees the release of "Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows" which is expected to be one of the major crowd drawers of the year. Other major films include "Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader" and "Tron". Cineworld's market share of UK Box Office during the current year to 21 October 2010 rose to 24.5% from 23.8% in 2009.
