(Sharecast News) - ContourGlobal has agreed to acquire Alpek's Mexico portfolio of two natural gas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plants, together with development rights and permits for a third plant, for $724m in cash, it announced on Monday.

(Sharecast News) - ContourGlobal has reached an agreement to sell a 49% interest in its 250 MW concentrated solar power facilities in the south west of Spain, it announced on Thursday, to a fund advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners.
