RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETINGS OF WARRANT HOLDERS

Further to the Company's announcement dated 25 April 2025 regarding the convening of general meetings of the warrant holders of the Equity Warrant Instruments dated 10 January 2025 ("Instrument A") and the Equity Warrant Instrument with an exercise price of £0.004 ("Instrument B"), Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) announces that both meetings were duly held today, 30 April 2025, at 3:00 pm at Birchin Court, 20 Birchin Lane, Bank, London, EC3V 9DU.

The meetings were conducted on short notice with the requisite consent obtained in accordance with the terms of the respective instruments. All resolutions proposed at both meetings were duly passed.

The Company will proceed with implementing the approved variations to the terms of the instruments, as outlined in the explanatory notice previously distributed to the warrant holders.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
