Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 11.7.8R, 3i Group plc announces that, as at the last business day of December 2025, it had no investments in listed closed-ended investment funds which themselves do not have stated investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds.
