iShares MSCI World Quality Dividend Advanced UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00BYYHSQ67, IE00BKPSFC54

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of an upcoming change to the distribution frequency of the Fund. The distribution frequency of the Fund will change from semi-annual to quarterly and is due to take effect on or around 30th June 2025 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
