Further to the Company's previous announcement dated 5 December 2024, Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc announces that Audrey McNair has retired from the Board and stepped down as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today on 13 June 2025.

The Board is pleased to confirm that, in line with the Company's previously announced succession plans, Sally Duckworth, who was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director on 21 March 2025, has assumed the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.

The Company once again thanks Audrey her contribution to the Company over the past five years and wishes her well for the future.
