Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l, as Sole Director and Alternative Investment Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA, announces that the Sole Director's Results report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 is available starting with 30 April 2025, 6:00 p.m. (Romania time) on Fondul Proprietatea official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, under the Section «Investor Relations / Financial Results» and at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 76 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
