Trevor Reid, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer at mining giant Xstrata, has sold 23,143 shares in the company ahead of his departure, which will take place at the time of the group's merger with Glencore. The shares were disposed of at 1,029p each, earning the director a total of £238,141. The transaction follows the sale of another 124,221 shares at 1,085p on April 10th. The company announced Tuesday that Reid, along with several other outgoing members of the executive committee, will be staying on for a period of around six months after the merger to support the integration of their respective functions.
