Worthington Group: Regenesis Holdings Ltd Raises Stake To 19.25%

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Worthington Group PLC (WRN.LN) said Friday that Regenesis Holdings Ltd has raised its shareholding to 2.27 million Ordinary shares, or 19.25%.
