(Sharecast News) - Wizz Air on Tuesday reported a 17.5% year-on-year rise in September passenger numbers to 3.1m, while its load factor increased 1.2% to 94.1%.The budget carrier said seat capacity increased 16% to 3.3m year-on-year due to expansion in Poland with new routes and a seventh aircraft were added to its Gdansk fleet.Wizz also pledged a commitment to upgrade its entire Warsaw fleet of eight aircraft to Airbus A321s.In the rolling 12 months to the end of September, the airline reported 21.8% growth in passenger numbers to 32.7m and a load factor increase of 0.7% to 91.9%.
