Wizz Air August passenger number soar 16%

(Sharecast News) - Low cost carrier Wizz Air said August passenger numbers rose 16% year on year after it added new routes to and from Ukraine, Georgia, the UK and Austria.
Passenger numbers rose to 4.03m as the company passed the 4m monthly mark for the first time.
Wizz's load factor rose 0.7 percentage points to 96.3%. The company on Tuesday said it had taken delivery of two new Airbus 321neo and 321ceo aircraft, taking its the fleet to 119 aircraft.
