Windar Photonics loses director

(ShareCast News) - Windar Photonics lost a non-executive director on Monday, with the resignation of Niels Carlsen.The AIM-traded LIDAR manufacturer said the resignation was so Carlsen could pursue his other business interests."On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Niels for his contribution to the group's development from a development company to a company listed on AIM," said Windar Photonics chairman John Weston."Niels has been on the board of Windar Photonics A/S as a representative of SEED Capital Denmark since its investment in 2011. We wish him well in his new more senior role within SEED Capital," he added.
