Wife of Regus CFO buys 100,000 shares

The wife of Regus' Chief Financial Officer snapped up 100,000 shares in the FTSE 250-listed office space firm, the company announced on Tuesday.Dominique Yates, who has been serving as the firm's CFO since August 2011, notified the company on Monday that his spouse had spent 157p-a-piece on the shares, spending a total of £157,000.Regus' subsidiary Marley Acquisitions is currently undergoing the £66m purchase of smaller peer MWB Business Exchange and said last week that it has commenced a compulsory acquisition procedure.Meanwhile on Tuesday, Regus said that it is continuing to see increasing demand for flexible workspace after opening its 1,500th business centre worldwide in Pune, India, a "key growth market", the firm said.Top Director BuysBAE Systems (BA.)
