Utilico Emerging Markets Buys 1.5M Own Ordinary Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Utilico Emerging Markets Ltd (UEM.LN), said Thursday that it purchased for cancellation 1,500,885 ordinary shares on June 16, at a price of 130.0 pence per share. MAIN FACTS: -The company also purchased for cancellation on June 16, 381,613 S shares and 1,279,084 warrants both at 30 pence per S Share/warrant. -Following these purchases the company's issued share capital consists of 201,811,934 ordinary shares with voting rights, 8,225,096 S shares and 27,808,050 warrants.
