Says the company has reported a strengthening sales trend in both the sports and fashion divisions together with progress in gross margins. "Notwithstanding tougher comparatives in 2H, we are increasing sales assumptions for Sports Retail and margin assumptions for Fashion to give a further 3% pretax profit upgrade for FY '11," it adds. Brokerage keeps a buy rating. "We continue to believe that the rating substantially undervalues the company," adds Investec. Shares -0.1% at 780p.
