(ShareCast News) - Postal service company UK Mail said it had made a "solid" start to the financial year and its performance for the first quarter was was in line with previous expectations. In a trading statement from 1 April to 30 June, the company said it remains in a "sound financial position".UK Mail said the move of its second hub from Birmingham to Ryton, near Coventry was successfully completed, while maintaining service levels throughout the period.Shares in UK Mail were up 5% to 315p at 1034 BST.
