(Sharecast News) - Avation said on Wednesday that two of its existing ATR 72-600 aircraft have been subleased by Scotland-based Loganair, and would start flying in the coming weeks.
The London-listed firm said Loganair had more than 40 aircraft in its fleet, and flew to over 90 destinations across Europe, Scandinavia and the British Isles.

It serves 22 airports in Scotland.

The ATR 72-600 aircraft - MSN 1260 and MSN 1277 - are being subleased from regional airline Flybe, and would remain with Loganair until just before the end of the leases with Flybe.

"We are pleased to add another name to our growing list of airline operators, and we thank Flybe and Loganair for working with us on this sublease," said Avation executive chairman Jeff Chatfield.

At 1100 GMT, shares in Avation were down 1.86% at 316p.
