(ShareCast News) - Out-of-hospital services provider Totally announced on Thursday that Premier Physical Healthcare, one of the largest independent providers of physiotherapy services in the South East of the UK and a wholly owned subsidiary of Totally plc, has won a three-year activity-based contract extension with NHS Swale Clinical Commissioning Group.The AIM-traded company said that under the agreement, PPH will deliver physiotherapy services to the CCG as part of the NHS's 'Any Qualified Provider' (AQP) framework."I am pleased to be able to update the market further on the continued success by our subsidiary healthcare businesses so soon into 2017," said Totally CEO Wendy Lawrence."This contract extension emphasises PPH's position as a market leading provider of physiotherapy services."We are excited to be supporting the NHS through its AQP framework and look forward to continuing to work with Swale CCG."Lawrence said the Totally board sees the year ahead continuing to provide attractive opportunities for the group's acquisition led buy-and-build strategy."We [will] continue to target the NHS trend towards procuring the best possible services for patients in the open market through an outcomes-based commissioning approach."
