Positive trading news boosted IT services provider Computacenter. Revenue grew to £621m in the third quarter, up 13% on the year before or 16% on a constant currency basis. Growth rates improved in both products and services.The fourth quarter of 2009 was a particularly strong one for the group so it does not expect to achieve the same levels of growth it achieved in the third quarter. Broker Panmure Gordon forecasts an increase in fourth quarter revenue from £729m to £761.7m. Net cash was around £100m at the end of September 2010 and this is expected to increase to £114m by the end of 2010. A pre-close briefing will be published on 11 January. Cable & Wireless Worldwide is lower after a broker downgrade and worries that it has lost out following the news that BT will continue to be one of the government's main suppliers of network IT services after it promised to help cut costs.Citigroup has downgraded C&W Wireless from strong buy to buy.
