David Bramwell has been appointed chairman of audio technologies developer NXT and immediately acquired 1m shares at 3.625p each. Dr Bramwell was previously a director of satellite communications firm Intelek, which was acquired earlier this year. He is a director of Rights and Issues Investment Trust. Scar reduction treatments developer Renovo has continued its recent rise after further reflection on its interim figures. Renovo has completed a trial for its Juvista treatment for scar revision surgery and the results should be published in the first half of 2010. Renovo has £51.8m in cash.Telecoms firm KCOM went ex-dividend today. The fall in the share price is less than the 1.1p a share interim dividend. Non-executive director Martin Towers has acquired 45,000 KCOM shares at 54.62p each. That takes his stake to 95,000 shares.
