Innovation gained on news that it has signed a three year contract totalling £3.6m with one of the UK's largest friendly societies and mutual financial services providers. The contract covers a range of IT services including hosting that will be provided out of Innovation's UK data centres. The contract starts in October 2009 with revenue recognisable over the contract period. 'This new contract demonstrates that the breadth and depth of our technology and service offerings are increasingly attractive to leading organisations in the insurance sector,' said chief executive Hassan Sadiq.IT Infrastructure services provider Computacenter posted an 8% decline in sales to £552m during the third quarter amid difficult economic conditions, but said recent contract wins and an encouraging pipeline for the future left it well positioned. 'Oour cost control measures have more than offset the reduction of contribution from the decline in product revenue and have enabled us to increase Computacenter's operational leverage, so we are positioned to take full advantage of any upturn, no matter how small,' the firm added.FTSE TechMARK - RisersDRS Data (DRS) 14.50p +11.54%NXT (NTX) 16.50p +8.20%Gresham Computing (GHT) 29.00p +7.41%Skyepharma (SKP) 90.00p +4.05%Kofax (KFX) 178.00p +3.19%SDL International (SDL) 403.00p +2.68%Intec Telecom (ITL) 116.50p +2.64%KCOM Group (KCOM) 43.75p +2.34%Ark Therapeutics (AKT) 47.00p +2.17%Filtronic (FTC) 37.00p +2.07%FTSE TechMARK - FallersPhytopharm (PYM) 19.50p -21.21%Oxford Biomedica (OXB) 15.50p -8.82%Alphameric (ALM) 34.00p -2.86%Sinclair Pharma (SPH) 42.50p -2.86%Antisoma (ASM) 36.75p -2.65%BATM Advanced (BVC) 55.00p -2.65%Morse (MOR) 37.50p -2.60%Dialight (DIA) 205.00p -2.26%Torotrak (TRK) 27.50p -1.79%Biocompatibles International (BII) 208.00p -1.65%
