LONDON (Dow Jones)--Synchronica PLC (SYNC.LN), a provider of mobile device management and synchronisation solutions, said Wednesday that Telecom Personal, the mobile subsidiary of Telecom Argentina S.A. (TEO), has launched Personal E-M@il, a mass market push email service based on Synchronica's Mobile Gateway middleware.
