Inflation in India has moderated, which has dispelled fears that the country's central bank will have to continue to tighten its economic policy. Indeed, the Indian blue-chip index, the Sensex 30, has added more than 10% over the past month. The net asset value of this Templeton fund on September 15 was 626.46p, so the shares are trading at a 5.9% discount to this figure.
