Property group Styles & Wood has secured several contracts for high-end projects in Dubai with its joint venture partner Dutco.Styles & Wood said in April it was well positioned to "capitalise" on the improved outlook for the region.The firm did not announce any financial details of the signed contracts, but said the combined value of projects to Dutco Styles & Wood secured in 2014 so far is £14m, including one contract for £7.5m.Recent project wins include the conversion of Jumeirah Group owned Barzar restaurant to an American themed smokehouse restaurant and the refurbishment of the four-star Al Manzil hotel.Chief Executive Officer Tony Leneham said: "The scale of the developments we continue to be involved in, coupled with the quality of the brands, demonstrates our established reputation in the marketplace."As of 11:47 the share price had risen 10.99% to 99p.
