Stadium Group appoints Andrew Tonks as interim FD

(ShareCast News) - AIM-listed Stadium Group has appointed Andrew Tonks as interim finance director with immediate effect.The company said Tonks has extensive board and operational experience as a finance director in publicly-listed and private companies. Most recently, he was interim FD and interim commercial director at e.surv, a division of LSL Property Services. Before that he served as interim chief executive officer and chief financial officer of early-stage online marketing business, Peto Limited.Between 2007 until 2012, he was CFO of AIM-listed technology developer Aerte Group, formerly named Mid-States.Stadium said the process to appoint a permanent FD is ongoing and a further update will be provided in due course. Former CFO Joanne Estell will remain with the company to ensure a suitable period of handover with Tonks.At 1117 GMT, Stadium shares were down 0.2% to 84.31p.
