SSP acquires 32 Germany bakery outlets

(ShareCast News) - SSP Group has agreed to acquire a profitable group of 32 bakery outlets in Germany from Wiener Feinbäckerei Heberer for a cash consideration of approximately £5m.Out of the total, 30 outlets are located in railway stations and two in airports, and the profit attributable to the assets in 2014 was approximately £1m.The deal, which will add gross assets of approximately £5m, is subject to conditions."The acquisition of these outlets will further strengthen SSP's presence in travel locations in Germany," SSP said.
