LONDON (Dow Jones)--Spain-based helicopter services company Inaer Aviation Group is planning a EUR470 million, seven-year high-yield bond, one of the banks working on the deal said Monday. JP Morgan Chase & Co., Barclays PLC, BNP Paribas SA, private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Santander are joint book runners on the senior secured issued. Investor road shows for the deal begin Monday in Paris. In April, KKR bought a 49.9% stake in Inaer from Italian private equity firm Investindustrial. Investindustrial together with Inaer's management team retain the remaining 50.1% in the helicopter company. -By Ainsley Thomson, Dow Jones Newswires; 44 20 7842 9318;
