(ShareCast News) - Blur Group has signed a two-year contract with an unnamed FTSE 250 multi-channel retail group, extending an existing relationship. The AIM-listed enterprise services platform and marketplace said the new contract will focus on the procurement of system and infrastructure monitoring and data integration services through Blur's platform.Simulation software specialist SimiGon has won a $7.9m, five-and-a-half-year contract to provide its SIMbox training software and services to a major civilian aviation training provider in the Far East. SimiGon will be paid a minimum of $1.4m per year, starting in 2016, though the company said the contract was already factored into management's expectations for the current calendar year.International software group Micro Focus said it has completed its acquisition of Serena Software for an enterprise value of $540m. The transaction has been financed through a combination of existing cash resources, including the £158.2m raised through an institutional placing of ordinary shares which completed on 24 March 2016, and debt facilities.UK alcohol wholesaler Conviviality has conditionally agreed to buy Bibendum PLB for £60m. Conviviality said the acquisition of Bibendum - a distributor and wholesaler of wine, spirit and beer to the UK on-trade and off-trade markets - will be funded through the placement of shares and a loan.
