The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AIM-listed Sinclair IS Pharma this week added 285,844 to his stake, while fellow board member Stuart Swanson made the modest purchase of 12,774 shares. CEO Chris Spooner paid 30.88p, spending a total of £106,047. His shareholding in the pharmaceutical group now stands at 8.75m, equal to a 2.1% stake. Swanson, a non-executive director, paid 30.5p for his shares, taking his holding to just under 4.54m shares, equal to 1.04% of the issued share capital. The deals come around six weeks after the group reported that it had reduced its half year pre-tax losses by a half and said it remained confident about future progress.Pre-tax losses reduced to £2.5m for the six months ended December 31st from a loss of £5.8m the same time a year earlier.
