Shell spuds final well on Guyane Maritime Permit

Drilling has begun on GM-ES-5, the fourth and final well on the drilling programme in the Guyane Maritime Permit, offshore French Guiana, it was announced Tuesday. The Guyana Maritime licence is held by Shell (45%), Total (25%), Tullow Oil (27.5%), Northern Petroleum (1.25%) and Wessex Exploration (1.25%). NR
