Shawbrook names new non-exec directors

(ShareCast News) - Lending and savings bank Shawbrook has appointed Paul Lawrence to the board of non-executive directors.Lawrence, the former global head of group internal audit for HSBC, and chief executive of the FTSE 100's divisions in Singapore and Philippines, stepped into his new role on 24 August, the group said."Paul brings over 30 years' commercial and operational experience in banking and will be a valuable addition to the Board of Shawbrook," said group chairman Iain Cornish."I look forward to working with him and to his contribution to the continued success of the group."Shawbrook shares were up 0.62% to 322.00p at 0931 BST on Tuesday.
