Senior management at Media Corp show support for new advertising service

The Interim Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of digital advertising network and online gaming group Media Corporation have boosted their respective stakes in the company following the launch of its Mobile Digital and Social Network advertising service. Adam Fraser-Harris, the group's Interim Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20m shares at 0.20p for a total of £40,000, while Chairman Phil Jackson added 15m shares to his own stake at the same price, handing over a total of £30,000. On Monday, the company launched the new advertising service through its newly formed company, Media Corporation Social Networks, which has, in partnership with Y (a franchise belonging to YuuZoo) signed an agreement to work in partnership to offer the YuuZoo social media platform to existing and prospective customers.The previous week the company announced that it has raised £0.6m (gross) through the sale of 300m shares at 0.2p each. The shares were bought by institutional and other investors, including directors of the company. The proceeds from the share issue will be used to help fund the launch of Intabet, the company's online gaming platform of which Fraser-Harris is the Chief Financial Officer and also acting Chief Operational Officer.
