Sector movers: Porvair breathes life into alternative energy

The alternative energy sector is a strong performer with specialist filtration group Porvair going well it said full year results are expected to be well ahead of expectations.The group, which provides equipment for the aviation and energy sectors, said revenue in aviation started to recover in the third quarter and aviation order intake during the quarter has been stronger.The personal goods sector is lower with SuperGroup, the company behind the ultra-hip fashion label SuperDry giving back some of the gains posted ahead of today's trading update.It was still impressive though.
