Rolls-Royce Signs $65M, 12 Yr Agreement With Sichuan Airlines

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Rolls-Royce Group PLC (RR.LN), a global power systems company, said Tuesday it has signed a 12 year TotalCare service agreement with Sichuan Airlines. MAIN FACTS: -The contract, valued at $65 million, covers support for Trent 700 engines which power Sichuan Airlines three Airbus A330 widebody aircraft; Deliveries of these aircraft, the first widebodies in the airlines fleet, commenced in February. -Shares of Rolls Royce at 1306 GMT down 2 pence or 0.35%, at 577.5 pence, valuing the company at GBP10.7 billion. -By Tapan Panchal, Dow Jones Newswires.
