(Sharecast News) - Cleaning firm React said on Monday that it had secured a number of recent contract wins across multiple sectors.
React stated the largest contract had been awarded to Fidelis and will see the firm provide contracted maintenance, cleaning and hygiene services within the education sector.

The AIM-listed firm said the deal had a total contract value of roughly £550,000 during the initial contract term of three years, with the option of an additional three-year extension.

React added it had also won a number of smaller to medium-sized contracts over the last few weeks, five of these being in contracted maintenance cleaning and hygiene services on three-year contract terms, while other contract wins secured framework agreements to provide specialist reactive cleaning in both the rail sector and housing associations.

Chief executive Shaun Doak said: "These recent contract awards along with a steadily growing pipeline of opportunities point towards a return to business-as-usual for a number of our customers.

"They also demonstrate how well Fidelis, acquired in March 2021, has continued to perform as part of the enlarged group which is generating quality revenues across both contracted maintenance and specialist reactive cleaning services."

As of 1010 BST, React shares were up 4.83% at 2.28p.
