(ShareCast News) - Range Resources and Lind Asset Management have reached a binding agreement to settle all of their outstanding claims and disputes.Under the terms of the deal that draws a line under the pair's long-running dispute, Range has paid $0.325m to Lind, which would keep 38m collateral shares issued by Range in 2014 as part of the original funding agreement.Earlier, Lind initiated legal action in New South Wales Supreme Court seeking payment of about $0.6m for interest and legal costs. It also sought other damages for breach of contract. Range filed a defence against the claims and a cross-claim for damages.
