The boss of defence technology group QinetiQ, Graham Love, is being replaced by the former chief of banknote printer De La Rue Leo Quinn after eight years at the company.Love is standing down at the end of next month after four years as CEO, but will remain a consultant to the group on the Defence Training Rationalisation (DTR) project.Quinn, who was involved in turning round Invensys and US firm Honeywell, will take up his new role on 16 November.A government inquiry yesterday held QinetiQ partly responsible for a crash involving an RAF Nimrod over Afghanistan in 2006 which killed all 14 passengers.Chairman, Sir John Chisholm, announced earlier this year that he would leave the group at the next AGM. He'll be replaced by ex-IBM man Mark Elliott.
