Proteome Sciences: German Court To Hear Sanofi Case End July

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Proteome Sciences PLC (PRM.LN), a life sciences company delivering content for personalised medicine, said Friday it has received notification from the Civil Division of the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt that the Court now intends to take witness evidence at the end of July in connection with the company's warranty claim against Sanofi-Avantis Deutschland GmbH.
