Petrofac calls in Brammer non-exec

(ShareCast News) - Andrea Abt, a non-executive director at Brammer, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Petrofac with effect from 19 May.In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the oilfield services company also said George Pierson would be taking up a non-executive role as well. Abt spent much of her executive career with Siemens where she held a range of leadership positions. Pierson is the former CEO of engineering and design firm Parsons Brinckerhoff, a Balfour Beatty subsidiary.At 1527 GMT, Petrofac was up 4.31% or 33.50p to 811.00p.
