A passenger who tried to enter the cockpit of a Virgin Australia flight triggered a hijacking alert on Friday.The pilot of the airliner flying to the Indonesian island of Bali from Brisbane reported a hijacking attempt after the 28-year-old man banged on the door of the cockpit trying to get in, although he failed, according to reports.Virgin Australia Airlines later said there had not been an attempt to hijack the aircraft but a "flight emergency".Crew members seized the passenger, handcuffed him and handed him over to police in Bali who arrested him.
