Obtala completes sale of majority stake in Lifes' Comfort Solutions

(ShareCast News) - Obtala, the Africa-focused agricultural and forestry company, has completed the disposal of its 72.69%-owned chain of Lifes' Comfort Solutions (LCS) retail outlets in Lesotho.The sale -- to Ristabelz (Pty) Ltd -- was announced in September."Deferred consideration of $150,000 on the original October 2014 purchase, as amended, remains payable in monthly instalments by AHS with final payment due in June 2017," Obtala added.At about 13:12 GMT, shares in AIM-quoted Obtala was down 1.28% to 19.25p.
