Northern Petroleum Chief makes modest investment

Northern Petroleum on Monday announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Keith Bush, had the same day purchased 85,000 ordinary shares. Costing 31.18p each, Bush spent a total of £26,503 on the shares. The purchase marks his only holding in the group. Meanwhile, fellow board member, Stewart Gibson, who is one of the oil and gas group's Non-Executive Directors, spent £31,000 on 100,000 shares, which similarly marks his only stake in the group too.
