MySale confirms Australasian expansion

(ShareCast News) - International online retailer MySale Group confirmed the acquisition of three Australasian properties on Friday.The UK-based fashion retailer, which operates 15 websites in eight countries, first announced the acquisition from Grays eCommerce Group on 1 October 2015.It included the brands OO, Deals Direct and Top Buy. Only 50,000 of Grays' 512,000 active customers overlapped with MySale's existing 682,000 in the Australia-New Zealand region, it reported.AIM-listed MySale said final contracts had now been exchanged, and put the completion date of the deal as 31 January 2016.
